Suraj'sstory

Physiotherapist at Baysictechnique Physiotherapy

Hi, my name is Suraj, a Physiotherapist at Baysictechnique Physiotherapy. Proudly Nepalese, I bring a genuine passion for helping people move, perform, and feel better, whether you’re dealing with everyday aches or pushing your limits in sport.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Rajiv Gandhi University (RGU) in 2017. My approach combines evidence-based treatment with a friendly and approachable style, so every session feels comfortable, effective, and tailored to you.

I have a particular interest in treating lower back pain and working with combat sports athletes, including MMA fighters. I enjoy getting to the root cause of pain and dysfunction and helping athletes return to the sport they love stronger than before. As part of my treatment approach, I incorporate shockwave therapy and ultrasound therapy alongside dry needling to complement hands-on techniques and targeted rehabilitation.

Professional development courses completed:

Injuries that I have helped with include:

Muscle strains | Ligament sprains | Lower back pain | Overuse injuries | Tendon injuries | Nerve injuries | Sports-related injuries | Pre and post operative rehabilitation | Combat sports injuries

Outside the clinic, Suraj enjoys bowling and table tennis, and he is a big fan of football and MMA, so if you are a combat sports enthusiast, you are in good hands. A dedicated athlete himself, Suraj recently completed the 2026 HYROX relay, taking on the grueling burpee broad jumps and lunges stations.
