I've actually never been to a physio before as this was my first sport injury and I cannot fault the treatment and service I received at Baysictechnique. Sharoz was very knowledgeable when explaining things to me and even helped me understand how I might have been susceptible to the injury to begin with. I've become a lot more conscious of body mechanics in general thanks to the lessons learned at my appointments. Location-wise, it's in a great spot close to Mount Druitt train station and lots of nearby parking. The facility is very clean and each staff member I encountered was lovely. I was back on the mats 8 weeks post injury and am back to competing regularly again with no knee pain or discomfort at all. Hopefully I don't need to return again but if I do, I have no hesitation booking at Baysic, only next time I will visit sooner to get on top of the injury quickly.
