Have been feeling lower back pain for some time and started physio sessions with Jeff in the beginning of the year to minimise further possible injury/pain to the area. He has been very attentive and has equipped me with the tools I need to look after my back. I would highly recommend Mathew from basic technique. He was able to accurately diagnose the cause of my issue and the mri scan later even confirmed. His skills in treatment from the massage to the needles to the detailed explanation of how the body works are second to none.

I was dealing with pain in my lower back and shoulder. I was recommended to see Matthew by my doctor, when I saw Matthew for my first appointment I felt so comfortable with him. Firstly he's a great listener, he was able to diagnose my pain very quickly, he asked questions in a very professional manner and understood what I was going through. Jeff and his team are amazing! I came in to rehab a dislocated elbow. During each session we came up with strength or flexibility goals, which really gave me encouragement whenever I hit them as it gave me indication that I was recovering well.

They also helped me with correcting my form and technique with exercises I was doing at the gym outside of my normal rehab exercises. That was EXTREMELY helpful!

I saw Matthew for knee pain. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He was able to diagnose the issue pretty much immediately. The sessions and homework together provided an immediate decrease in pain and we were able to resolve the issue very quickly. He was also honest about when his services would no longer be needed so no need to worry about being ripped off.

I felt very comfortable with him and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
